Description
Image 1: Cross with central scene of the Crucifixion. The uppermost image is perhaps a scene of Christ enthroned. Although the remaining narratives are difficult now to make out, it may be that these are moments from the life of Christ. Each moment is separated by a plinth of sorts. The form of the cross is composed of a double border of arrow shaped cross hatchings.

Image 2: Cross with Virgin Kyriotissa within a perfectly round mandorla at the intersection of the transept. Saints are in the upper and lowermost arms of the cross. To the right and left of the Virgin and Child are what might be symbols of the Evangelists though these designs are now difficult to read. A braid motif forms the perimeter of the cross.
