Saint Catherine of Alexandria holding a cross and torch. Her garments appear to be decorated with palm leaves. Along the rim of the bread seal are other symbols related to Catherine, especially the wheel with which she was martyred. There are also two books and a globe. To the right of the saint is a representation of St. Catherine's Monastery.
