The composition of the medallion is organized in three registers with Jesus at the center. In the uppermost register are two (arch?)angels. In the central register is St. Bartholomew, Jesus, and St. Mark (from left to right). The lower level features St. Jacob, (?), and St. Peter (?). Both Greek and Latin letters seem to be used in the identifying inscriptions.
